Participation in the Pratt Plumbing & Heating March Madness Bracket Challenge constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

The contest is open to individuals who join the official Pratt Plumbing & Heating ESPN Tournament Challenge group. Participation is free and no purchase is necessary.

​

Participants must be at least 18 years of age to claim the prize unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

​

2. Entry Limit

Each participant is limited to one (1) bracket entry in the contest. Any participant found to have submitted multiple entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Pratt Plumbing & Heating.

​

3. Entry Confirmation Requirement

To be eligible to win a prize, participants must complete the official entry confirmation form located on the Pratt Plumbing & Heating website prior to March 31, 2026.

​

The confirmation form must include the participant’s bracket name and contact information so that entries can be verified.

Failure to complete the entry confirmation form prior to the deadline will result in the participant not being eligible to win, regardless of their ranking in the ESPN Tournament Challenge standings.

​

4. Determination of Winner

The winner will be determined solely based on the official scoring and standings provided by ESPN Tournament Challenge at the conclusion of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.

​

The first-place bracket in the group standings will be considered the winning entry, provided that the participant has completed the required confirmation form.

​

5. Ineligible Winning Entries

If the highest scoring bracket has not completed the required confirmation form prior to March 31, 2026, that entry will be deemed ineligible and the prize will be awarded to the next highest scoring eligible bracket.

​

This process will continue until an eligible winner is identified.

​

6. Prize

The winner will receive the prize described in the official contest promotion. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless determined otherwise by Pratt Plumbing & Heating.

​

Pratt Plumbing & Heating reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

​

7. Verification of Winner

Potential winners may be required to verify their identity and bracket ownership prior to receiving the prize. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate eligible winner.

8. Disqualification

Pratt Plumbing & Heating reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of:

• violating contest rules

• submitting multiple entries

• manipulating or attempting to manipulate results

• engaging in fraudulent or disruptive behavior

• All determinations of eligibility and rule violations will be made solely at the discretion of Pratt Plumbing & Heating.

9. Right to Modify or Cancel

Pratt Plumbing & Heating reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time for any reason including, but not limited to, technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond its control.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating in this contest, participants agree that Pratt Plumbing & Heating, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, or injuries of any kind arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance or use of any prize.

Participants acknowledge that the contest is administered independently and Pratt Plumbing & Heating is not responsible for any errors, outages, scoring discrepancies, or technical issues associated with ESPN Tournament Challenge or any third-party platform.

​

11. Final Authority

All decisions regarding the contest, including interpretation of these rules, determination of eligibility, and selection of winners, are final and made solely at the discretion of Pratt Plumbing & Heating.

12. Agreement to Rules

Participation in the contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
